Jatinder Paul Chugh is a seasoned Polymer and Rubber Technologist with over two decades of rich experience in the industry. Holding an M.Sc. in Polymer Technology from Loughborough University, U.K., and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, Mr. Chugh has built an illustrious career that spans technical consultancy, operational leadership, and research and development in the polymer and rubber sector.
Beginning his professional journey as a Technical Consultant at BRS Rubbers, he has since held pivotal roles, including Director (Operations) at Sumoto Elastomers Pvt Ltd and Technical Director at Chugh G Polymers Pvt Ltd, focusing on innovative product development and R&D for rubber molded components and PU footwear manufacturing. In 2022, he extended his expertise to consultancy, co-founding Pristine Technocrats LLP, where he advises on polymer and rubber technology advancements.
Mr. Chugh’s commitment to excellence is evidenced by his scholarly contributions, including publications in the Iranian Polymer Journal and presentations at prestigious conferences. His work on enhancing the properties of elastomers using silica fillers has been recognized internationally.
An active member of several professional bodies, he has served in leadership positions within the Footwear Federation of Rajasthan and the Rajasthan Footwear Manufacturers Association, demonstrating his dedication to advancing the industry’s standards.
